PR Internship in Brussels
The Greens/EFA political group in the European Parliament is offering a full-time paid internship of 5 months to support the public relations of Pirate MEP Markéta Gregorová.

Internship duration: March 3, 2025 – July 25, 2025
Our internships offer students or university graduates the opportunity to develop their knowledge and become familiar with the activities of the Pirate delegation. The selected intern will focus on PR, marketing, and communication on the web and social media. They will primarily collaborate with the delegation’s PR experts.
Main responsibilities include:
- Contributing to shaping the media image of Pirate MEP
- Assisting in writing press releases and posts for social media and the website
- Preparing research, reports, and other materials
- Helping organize events
- Occasional support with light administrative tasks in the office
- Collaborating with both the Brussels and Czech MEP teams
- Media monitoring
Requirements:
- Be aged 18 or over on the internship start date.
- Native-level proficiency in Czech
- Excellent command of English (C1/C2), both written and spoken
- Not have any other internship or professional activity in parallel.
- Be a national of a Member State of the European Union or an accession/candidate country. However, the Group may offer a limited number of internships to nationals of other countries.
- Media experience is a plus but not mandatory
- The internship takes place in Brussels

Candidates selected for the shortlist will be notified in December 2024. The selection committee reserves the right to extend the selection process deadline.
What’s the process?
- The first round consists of an evaluation of the CV, motivation, and previous or relevant experience.
- The second round involves a practical task to assess the required skills.
- The third round is an online interview.
